1.) Take time to smell the roses. And I do mean that literally.
Instead of spending that extra twenty minutes worrying about
tomorrow’s work load, go outside, take a walk around the neighborhood,
and get some fresh air. Sometimes a few moments outside on a warm
summer night can do wonders for the psyche, and the exercise will
